A Note From Rachael

I live in Pella, Iowa, with my husband and our two daughters. Outside of the clinic, I teach yoga locally and enjoy staying active with my family. When we are not busy with our daughters’ activities, we love hiking, biking, and traveling together.

For the first time in many years, my family has put down roots and is proud to call this region home. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to innovate, engage with the Monroe community, and provide high-level, skilled care as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I truly care about my patients and am committed to meeting your individual needs—helping you move better, feel stronger, and getting back to doing what you love.

Monroe Physical Therapy’s Mission

My mission is to treat each patient as a partner in their plan of care. I promise to provide physical therapy services with genuine care to every individual, earning their trust through compassion, integrity, and a high level of clinical expertise. I strive to help each person discover renewed hope, drive, and confidence in their own ability to help themselves feel better. Through thorough examination, thoughtful guidance, and effective treatment, I aim to empower patients to overcome challenges to live well and move.
